Our History At Rosslyn Inn & Suites

Originally conceived and built in 1962 at what was then the edge of the city, the hotel has grown up serving Rosslyn, Greisbach and the surrounding communities. The hotel underwent a major redevelopment in 2002 when the tower was added, Family Suites, Queen Executive Suites, Jacuzzi Suites and Standard Guestrooms and our Heritage Rooms. The guestrooms continue to be upgraded to meet the needs and wants of our guests and as the hospitality business evolves and technology changes.

The hotel provides many complimentary services, our turndown service includes; granola bars for those on the run, bottled water and our Sweet Dreams pillow chocolate. We also provide free local calls, complimentary Wi-Fi in guestrooms and meeting rooms (access code available at the front desk), Complimentary local newspaper and many other services.

Prospectors Gaming Room offers a great selection wines and other adult beverages. The large screen TV and fireplace provide a friendly atmosphere to view your favourite sports or to simply converse with your associates. You can also try your luck on the VLT machines provided for your explicit entertainment.

The Canyon Grill & Lounge is a separately owned and operated restaurant, which is not part of the hotel. However, the restaurant is open at 6 AM Monday to Saturday and 7 AM Sundays & Holidays for Breakfast Lunch and Dinner.

The Rosslyn Shopping Centre is included as part of the complex. Included are a Shoppers Drug Mart, General Paint, Rosslyn Veterinary Clinic, Northtown Registries and many other service oriented businesses. On the north side of the Centre is the Rosslyn Liquor store, this outlet includes a great variety of Beer, Spirits and Wines.
