Guest Privacy Policy

1. We will only gather information vital to the operation of our business. This includes the name (s) and pertinent information of the individual(s) or company to comply with laws and to ensure payment for our services.

2. We will NOT sell any of the information to outside companies.

3. We will use the information to maintain our level of guest service, make improvements to our guest service and to assist us in determining future business strategies to help us improve our volume of business.

4. The computers which contain the private information of our guests are protected with technological devices that are regularly updated. Our data bases are purged annually removing low volume guests and their information. Registration cards will be kept secure for seven years as required by law, before being shredded.
