Pet Polices
This Hotel accepts pets in our hotel rooms, pets are defined as cats and dogs, small to medium size up to 50 lbs./ 25 kg. We accept 2 pets maximum. A charge of
1 pet $ 20.00 plus G.S.T per night, 2 pets $ 30.00 plus G.S.T per night will be applied to your guest room. Pet owners are responsible for any damages caused by their pets, charges of replacement cost will be applied to your guest folio or credit card.
Pets must be kenneled when the owners are absent from the guest room. The hotel staff WILL NOT service guest rooms if the pets are not kenneled. The Hotel assumes no responsibility for pets who are not kenneled. Pets who create a disturbance during their stay will be removed.
For the safety of our other guests, pets must be kennelled or controlled on a leash when in public areas.
This hotel does not accept exotic pets which could include the following; all birds, gerbils, hamsters, ferrets, snakes, spiders etc.
No Smoking Policy
The Rosslyn Inn & Suites is a NON SMOKING Hotel. Additional cleaning charges of
$ 250.00 will be applied to all room folio's which display evidence of Smoking in the guestroom.
Sports Teams Policies
The Group Leader agrees to be financially responsible for any and all damages caused by the group. The Group Leader must sign the Sports Team Policy which has been faxed to them prior to keys being issued.
Payment Polices
This Hotel accepts major credit cards, bank debit cards, Canadian Dollars and foreign currency at the current rate of exchange. We do NOT accept guests who wish to pay cash for their rooms without a valid credit card and proper photo identification ( Alberta Operator’s Licence, Out of Province / State Operator’s Licence, Alberta Identification Card, Armed Forces Identifcation Card, Certificate of Indian Status Card, Certificate of Immigrant Authorization Card, Fire Arms Possession Certicate, Passport ). Your credit card will be pre-authorized for the full amount of your stay plus $ 100.00 for incidentals.
We no longer accept any pre-paid credit cards.
Legal Polices
The guest agrees to pay for the services provided by this hotel. The guest agrees to pay for all collection, legal services and court costs should the guest fail to pay for the services provided by the Hotel.
Cancellation Policy
All bookings are subject to a $ 30.00 Canadian fee for any CANCELLATION, if this cancellation is within 48 hours of the date of arrival. If a cancellation is made outside of the 48 Hour period no charges are applied. The charge of one night's stay will be applied to reservations that are no shows.
Check In / Out Policy
Check In time is 3 PM, a charge will be applied should you check in prior to the Check In time. Check out time is 11 AM, a late Check Out charge will be applied to guests who check out after 12 PM
